You may return your purchase (except engraved or special-ordered items) within 10 days of receipt for a full refund (all returns are subject to 10% restocking fee), less shipping and handling charges. Engraved items may be replaced at our discretion and ONLY if we make an error in engraving. We suggest that if you are uncertain of your purchase, you may wish to have your local jeweler engrave your ID
All items must be returned in original condition, and with original packaging/components. Customers are responsible for return postage and insurance. ID-Tags is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
We guarantee your order will ship from our Factory in not more than 24-72 hours and often much quicker! Orders with multiple items will be shipped together.
